  • Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of perishable goods, we do not accept returns once the order has been successfully received. Please check before receiving.
  • Non-Perishable Goods: If you believe a non-perishable item is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 3 hours of receiving your order, or do not receive from delivery.

2. Refund Requests

  • Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, you must notify us of the issue within 3 hours of receiving your order.
  • Documentation: To process a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, along with details of the issue and photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product within 3 hours.

3. Refund Process

  • Review: Once we receive your claim, our team will review the details and decide on the eligibility of the refund.
  • Approval: If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 3 number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

4. Exceptions

  • Quality Guarantee: If you receive produce that does not meet our quality standards, we will offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
  • Misdelivered Items: If you receive an item that was not part of your order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be delivered at no additional cost.
