  • “Service” refers to the farm-to-home food delivery provided by FudKing.
  • “Products” refers to fresh produce and other food items available for delivery.

3. Ordering

  • Eligibility: Customers must be 18 years or older to place an order.
  • Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website only for now. Please ensure that all details provided are accurate and complete.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

4. Payment

  • Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and other payment methods as specified on our website.
  • Billing: Your payment will be processed at the time of order placement. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued at the discretion of the Company. For more information, refer to our Refund Policy.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery Areas: We currently provide delivery services within Nigeria. Other regions opening soon.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon order placement. While we strive to deliver within the specified timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delivery Fee: A delivery fee may apply, as specified on our website.

6. Products

  • Availability: Products are subject to availability. In the event an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a substitute or refund.
  • Quality: We guarantee that all products are sourced fresh from farms and delivered with care.

7. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns: We do not accept returns of perishable goods. If there is an issue with your order on collecting it, please do not accept it or contact our customer service team within 3 hours of receipt.
